U.S. Airstrikes Target Major Yemeni Factories

NYN | News

The United States has escalated its aerial attacks on several Yemeni provinces, launching a series of airstrikes that targeted key industrial and production facilities across the country.

Local sources reported that U.S. warplanes carried out an airstrike on the Al-Arj area in Bajil District, Al-Hudaydah Governorate. Additionally, a series of other airstrikes completely destroyed the Al-Habshi Iron Factory in Al-Salif District within the same governorate.

In an unprecedented escalation, U.S. warplanes also targeted the cotton factory in Zabid District, Al-Hudaydah, over the past few hours. The attack resulted in the destruction of the facility and its complete shutdown, raising concerns about the impact on the local economy and the livelihoods of hundreds of families who depend on these factories for their income.
