The leadership of the Sanaa government, headed by President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat, strongly condemned the treacherous Israeli aggression on the headquarters of the Palestinian negotiation delegation in the Qatari capital, Doha. The attack was described as a blatant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and a transgression of all international norms and conventions.
President Al-Mashat affirmed Yemen’s solidarity with the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” and all resisting factions, stressing that what happened in Doha proves beyond doubt that peace and stability in the region are impossible as long as the Zionist entity exists. He warned of the consequences of the silence of Arab and Islamic regimes in the face of Zionist aggression.
Al-Mashat stated: “What happened in Doha will happen elsewhere — and worse — across the region unless everyone unites to confront the Zionist threat.” He added that the United States is a key partner in these crimes, and that the green light given by former U.S. President Donald Trump was a major factor enabling the attack. He affirmed that this aggression will only make the resistance stronger and more determined, calling on the Islamic nation to unite in the face of the Zionist enemy.
For his part, Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council, described the targeting of the Hamas negotiation delegation in Doha as “barbaric, terroristic, and a violation carried out with American support and sponsorship.” He stressed that the inaction and silence of Arab and Islamic governments and armies has led to the continuation of Zionist crimes in Palestine, Yemen, Iran, and Syria. He asserted that only practical, tangible action can halt the arrogance and aggression of the Zionist entity and its backers.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sanaa government said this sinful aggression once again exposes the recklessness of the Israeli entity, which has crossed all red lines. It warned that the rush toward normalization will not bring peace or stability, affirming that the enemy’s arrogance will only strengthen the resolve and struggle of the Palestinian resistance until the promised divine victory is achieved.
