Sana’a forces announced on Wednesday evening the execution of a new military operation targeting Israeli sites in the Umm Al-Rashrash (Eilat) area in southern occupied Palestine, using two drones.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Sana’a forces, stated in an official communiqué that the operation was carried out “in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in response to the genocide being committed by the occupation in the Gaza Strip, as well as in retaliation for the Israeli aggression against Yemen.”
The statement confirmed that the operation hit its targets “with high precision,” noting that Israeli air defense systems failed to intercept the attack. It also mentioned that this was the second operation within the past 24 hours, following an earlier drone attack that targeted Israeli positions in Umm Al-Rashrash and Beersheba.
Sana’a forces reiterated their commitment to continuing military operations “until the aggression against the Palestinian people stops and the blockade on Gaza is lifted,” while also praising the “steadfastness and exceptional heroism” of the fighters in the Gaza Strip.
