Palestinian resistance factions have mourned the martyrdom of Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, Chief of the General Staff of the Yemeni Armed Forces affiliated with the Sanaa-based government, who was killed while carrying out his duties in the context of the Gaza support campaign.
Fatah (Intifada faction), the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), and the Islamic Jihad Movement extended their heartfelt condolences and sympathy today to the Yemeni people and their leadership, especially to the leader of Ansar Allah, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi. They praised Yemen’s steadfast and honorable stance in supporting the Palestinian cause and confronting Israeli aggression.
The three factions commended the sacrifices of General Al-Ghamari and his comrades, considering their pure blood—shed alongside that of Palestinians in the fight against the Zionist occupation—a powerful embodiment of unity in stance and destiny, and a clear affirmation of the righteousness of the path toward the liberation of Palestine.
They further affirmed that these sacrifices will remain etched in the collective memory of the Palestinian people and will deepen the nation’s resilience and determination to support the oppressed and defend holy sites.
This unified Palestinian message comes as part of a series of condolence and solidarity statements issued by resistance factions and various Arab and regional movements, expressing deep appreciation for Yemen’s role in supporting Palestine and for the symbolic jihadist stature General Al-Ghamari represented in the nation’s battle against occupation.
