The Sanaa-based government reported on Wednesday that the number of civilian casualties resulting from the military operations launched in support of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza has reached 1,676 people, between those killed and injured.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Health and Environment said that the toll from the “American-British-Israeli aggression” since the start of military support for Gaza until this October includes 319 martyrs, among them 38 children and 23 women, in addition to 1,357 wounded, including 197 children and 96 women.
The statement confirmed that the direct bombing by the tripartite coalition targeted a number of health facilities, resulting in the complete destruction of three and partial damage to four others, marking a serious escalation targeting the country’s medical infrastructure.
