Despite ongoing U.S. airstrikes, Sana’a forces continue to launch attacks deep into Israeli territory in support of Gaza and to reaffirm their commitment to the Palestinian cause.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the military spokesman for Sana’a forces, announced this morning in a military statement that the Air Force carried out two military operations targeting Israeli enemy sites within the occupied territories, as part of what he described as supporting the Palestinian people and responding to the genocide crimes in Gaza.
Saree explained that the first operation targeted a vital site in the occupied Ashkelon area using a “Yafa” drone, while the second operation struck a military site in the Umm Al-Rashrash area in southern occupied Palestine with a “Samad-1” drone.
In a related context, Brigadier General Saree also announced that Sana’a forces carried out two distinct operations against U.S. naval vessels, in retaliation for the ongoing American aggression against Yemen, most recently the massacre in the capital Sana’a that resulted in dozens of martyrs and wounded.
According to the statement, the first operation targeted the USS Truman aircraft carrier and accompanying naval vessels in the northern Red Sea using two cruise missiles and two drones.
The second operation targeted the USS Vinson aircraft carrier and its escorting warships in the Arabian Sea with three cruise missiles and four drones.
Saree confirmed that the operations accurately hit their targets, emphasizing that Sana’a forces will continue to escalate their military operations deep inside Israeli territory, as well as in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea, until the aggression ends and the siege on Gaza is lifted.
