Larijani Vows Harsh Response: We Will Make Washington and Tel Aviv Regret It
Tehran Considers U.S. and Israeli Bases “Legitimate Targets” and Announces Continuation of Operations

NYN | Reports and Analyses
The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, has vowed that the United States and “Israel” will pay the price for the recent attacks, stressing that Tehran “will make them regret their actions” amid rapidly escalating military tensions in the region.
Larijani’s remarks came after airstrikes attributed to the United States and “Israel” targeted sites inside Iran, which Tehran described as a “direct act of aggression” warranting retaliation.
Military Mobilization Announced and Missile Escalation
Iran announced that all U.S. and Israeli military bases in the region are now considered legitimate military targets, signaling a potential widening of the confrontation.
In the same context, Tehran launched a new wave of missile attacks, stating that they targeted sites linked to the Mossad intelligence agency, in addition to military locations hosting U.S. troops. Authorities also issued warnings to civilians to stay away from those targets.
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps: Operations Ongoing
For its part, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that military operations will continue “intensively” in response to what it described as aggression, emphasizing that Iran’s response will be gradual and escalating depending on developments on the ground.
This escalation comes amid heightened regional tensions, raising fears that the confrontation could spiral into a broader conflict extending across multiple fronts in the region.
