Lebanese politician Wiam Wahhab stated that the Sana’a government forces will be “the strongest army in the region.”

This statement was made in a television interview on Al-Mayadeen News Channel and was circulated by activists on social media.

Wahhab, the leader of the Lebanese Arab Unification Party and a former minister, further added that “the Yemeni army will be the strongest army in the Gulf region,” emphasizing that the Arab people are the bravest among Arab nations.

He continued, “Yemenis will build their own state, and this state will have the ability to govern the entire surrounding region.”

It should be noted that the Sana’a government forces have been conducting military operations against “Israel” since late last year. They have announced the prevention of Israeli ships from crossing the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, conditional upon the cessation of “aggression against Gaza and the lifting of the blockade,” as stated in the military statements broadcasted by the spokesperson for the Sana’a government forces, Yahya Saree, following the execution of any military operation.
