The Central Bank of Yemen in the capital Sana’a announced this evening the start of salary disbursement for civil service employees for August 2025, beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, as part of the “Temporary Exceptional Mechanism to Support the Salary Bill.”
In an official statement, the Bank clarified that the disbursement will be carried out through the Cooperative and Agricultural Credit Bank (CAC Bank) and the General Authority for Postal and Postal Savings Services.
The Bank called on all beneficiaries to contact the relevant authorities for inquiries via the following toll-free numbers:

Earlier today, the Ministries of Finance and Civil Service in Sana’a confirmed the issuance of the financial allocations for August 2025 salaries for all categories of public service units. This is in accordance with the approved program to provide salaries and settle dues for small depositors, derived from the Exceptional Mechanism Law.
