Sanaa announced its full readiness to deal with any potential military escalation, amid what it described as U.S.–Israeli intelligence activity inside Yemen, noting that security services have succeeded in arresting a number of espionage cells over the past few days.

The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar quoted a well-informed security source as saying that the arrests came as part of monitoring increased intelligence activity, which Sanaa considers an indicator of intentions to launch a new act of aggression with the involvement of hostile local parties.

Field and logistical preparations and relocation of missile depots

Meanwhile, Hebrew media outlets, including The Jerusalem Post and the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, reported that Ansar Allah forces have begun field and logistical preparations in anticipation of a possible escalation linked to a potential U.S.–Israeli attack.

According to those reports, the preparations included relocating missile depots and unmanned aerial assets to operational field sites, as part of precautionary measures to confront any sudden military developments.

Military source: All scenarios completed and the response will be immediate

In an official comment, a military source in Sanaa confirmed that the forces have completed preparations for all possible scenarios, stressing that any aggression would be met with an immediate and direct response.

The source added that Sanaa is prepared to enter a long-term war of attrition if developments require it, emphasizing that military and security options are “ready to deal with any field developments.”
