Sanaa: The U.S. Strikes at Night and Seeks Mediation by Day

NYN | News

A government source has revealed that the United States is seeking to open mediation channels, in a clear contradiction to the threats made by former U.S. President Donald Trump and other American officials.

In this context, Abdullah bin Amer, Deputy Director of the Moral Guidance Department at the Ministry of Defense in Sanaa, stated: “In the media, they issue threats, but behind the scenes, they seek the intervention of this capital and that,” referring to the contradiction between public statements and U.S. diplomatic maneuvers.

This comes as the United States announces airstrikes against Sanaa amid escalating tensions in the region, raising questions about Washington’s true stance between military escalation and diplomatic efforts.
