The death toll from the recent Israeli airstrikes on the Yemeni capital, Sana’a, has risen to more than 200 dead and wounded.
In a statement issued today, Sunday, the Ministry of Health in the Sana’a government announced that the number of casualties from the Zionist aggression that targeted the capital last Thursday has reached 216 martyrs and injured.
The ministry confirmed that the number of deaths has risen to 11, including four children and two women, while the number of injured has reached 205, among them 63 children and 37 women.
Last Thursday, Israeli occupation warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on Sana’a, resulting in civilian casualties and the destruction of civilian infrastructure.
