After targeting the Israeli ship Galaxy Leader, the United States has now struck the Emirati ship Rawabi.
Military analyst Ali Al-Nassi revealed in a post that U.S. warplanes launched an airstrike on the Emirati vessel at Al-Salif Port, north of Al-Hodeidah province.
Al-Nassi noted that this is not the first time Rawabi has been at the center of controversy, as Sana’a forces had previously seized it in early 2022 while it was transporting military equipment in the Red Sea.
This escalation is part of a series of attacks carried out by U.S. forces in the region amid rising military tensions in the Red Sea and ongoing clashes between Sana’a forces and U.S. forces over Sana’a’s support for Gaza.
