The United States has continued its intense airstrikes on Yemen.
On Sunday evening, U.S. warplanes carried out a series of heavy air raids targeting Saada province in northern Yemen.
Local sources reported that more than 13 violent strikes hit residential areas and civilian sites, causing extensive destruction to infrastructure and endangering the lives of unarmed civilians, in a clear violation of international humanitarian law.
The sources confirmed that these U.S. airstrikes, part of an unjustified military escalation, aim to deepen the humanitarian suffering in Saada, a province already struggling under years of severe blockade.
They also pointed out that such attacks are being conducted without regard for national sovereignty or the principles of civilian protection during armed conflicts, placing Washington under potential international legal scrutiny.
