The United States has resumed its airstrikes on several Yemeni provinces.
American warplanes targeted Hodeidah International Airport with four consecutive airstrikes using high-explosive missiles, causing material damage to the airport’s vital facilities.
Additionally, intensive U.S. aerial activity was observed over Hajjah province in northwest Yemen, as well as over Amran province, north of the capital, Sana’a.
Before the strikes were carried out, monitoring sources reported the presence of a U.S. Navy P-8 Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft, which was en route to Yemen via the Red Sea after departing from the ISA Air Base in Bahrain.
These developments indicate an increasing involvement of Gulf states in the U.S. aggression against Yemen, amid a continuous escalation of attacks targeting infrastructure and residential areas.
