On Tuesday, U.S. and British aircraft launched several airstrikes on the Al-Bayda and Al-Hodeidah provinces in central and western Yemen.
According to Al Masirah, the channel affiliated with the Ansar Allah (Houthi) movement, a U.S. drone targeted the districts of Dhi Na’im and Al-Sawma’ah in Al-Bayda province with two strikes.
Earlier in the morning, a drone targeted a civilian vehicle in Al-Sawma’ah district.
Additionally, U.S. and British aircraft conducted three strikes on the Al-Faza area in the Al-Tuhaita district of Al-Hodeidah province.
On Monday, U.S. aircraft carried out nine airstrikes, seven of which targeted the Harf Sufyan district in Amran province, while two strikes hit the Al-Rahba area in the Al-Safra district of Saada province.
U.S. and British forces have been carrying out ongoing airstrikes in Yemeni provinces under the control of the Sana’a government. The two Western nations describe these operations as deterrence actions intended to halt maritime military operations against Israeli shipping in the Red Sea. The Sana’a forces have stated that these operations support Gaza in occupied Palestine, where the area has been subjected to what they describe as an Israeli genocidal war for over a year.
