Gideon Golder, the CEO of Eilat Port, confirmed the disruption of port operations following the Houthi attacks.

The Israeli Army Radio quoted Golder as saying, “I have been working at Eilat Port for 35 years, and I have been serving as CEO for over 20 years. It saddens me to see how the Houthis have managed to disrupt the port’s activities over the past four months.”

He added, “There has never been anything like this before.”

Israeli media outlets have also shared a video clip showing the complete halt of operations within the port.
