The Sana’a government has issued a second warning, vowing to prevent the use of Al-Mukha Airport by what it considers “hostile” entities, citing suspicions of Israeli Mossad elements entering Al-Mukha through the airport.

This statement was made by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Sana’a government, Hussein Al-Azzi, in a post on his X platform account on Thursday.

Al-Azzi stated, “We are in a state of war with the Zionist entity, and we are well aware that it has a plan to train and recruit agents to undermine the security and values of our Yemeni society. We will decisively and firmly confront this matter. Currently, we have suspicions of Mossad elements entering Al-Mukha through a previous flight, and we will not tolerate any carrier involved in such a dirty mission.”

Last Sunday, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Sana’a government spoke in a post on his page, stating, “We will prevent any use of Al-Mukha Airport by the United States, Israel, or any hostile entity. It must be understood that the security of our people is a red line, and our country will never be a playground for Zionist mischief. America and Israel must realize this fact, as those who fail to grasp it put themselves in danger,” he added.

On April 5th, the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority, affiliated with the Aden government, officially announced the start of operations at Al-Mukha International Airport in Taiz Governorate.
