Al-Zindani sends strongly worded warning messages to the Washington alliance in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, addressing Yemenis: We are facing new colonial ambitions, and we must stop the war

New Yemen News | Articles | Dr. Mansour Al-Zindani

Member of the Yemeni Parliament and Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Sanaa University, Dr. Mansour Al-Zindani, stated that the so-called “Prosperity Guardian” alliance recently announced by the United States to protect commercial ships in the Red Sea from Houthi attacks has been present for many years. Its forces are deployed in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, posing a threat to Yemen’s national security and the safety of navigation in the Red Sea.

Al-Zindani clarified in his article published today on the Marib Press website that all Yemenis agree on common national principles, including the issue of Yemen’s sovereignty over its land, sea, and airspace. The Yemeni people are united in their unwavering support for our brothers in Palestine until their land is liberated from the occupation of the Zionist entity.

He continued, saying, “As political and national factions, we may differ and negotiate to resolve our differences for the sake of the nation. However, today we find that the international factor has gone beyond the issue of maritime safety in the Red Sea. It has reached the issue of colonizing the Red Sea, including Yemen’s territorial waters and those of all Arab countries overlooking it, and controlling it in service of the Zionist entity.”

Al-Zindani emphasized in his article that “today Yemen is facing a real confrontation with the new international colonization. The matter of victory for Gaza and its people is no longer a matter of differences in partisan perspectives among Yemenis. Instead, we are facing new colonial ambitions. Yemen is its target, which necessitates everyone to stop the war in Yemen and honestly and seriously work towards achieving a lasting Yemeni national consensus for peace.”

He addressed the allied countries, saying, “O leaders of the major Western powers, without greetings: For months, you have allied with the Zionists against Gaza, claiming that you are not against the Palestinians but against Hamas. Do you think you are smart, as if the leadership and members of Hamas came to Palestine from another planet? As if the Palestinian people will not support them and stand with them on the path to liberating Palestine?!”

He added, “Your evil Zionist Jewish methods will not help you this time, neither in Gaza nor in Yemen, nor with the Arab and Islamic peoples or with the African neighbors, no matter how much you lie or fabricate narratives. We have known you well. You are the real danger to international peace and security in this era, and your alliance is a key partner in the siege of Gaza and the killing of its women and children. You are homeland thieves, servants of global Zionism, and your alliance, no matter how many secrets you hide, is clearly against Yemen and all its people. It is a despicable gathering in support of the Zionist entity, and it is against Gaza, which has witnessed the shedding of the blood of its children at your hands.”

He concluded the article by saying, “Finally, we say to you that the world is changing around you. Rethink your sadistic approach towards the peoples of the world. Security, stability, peace, and development with their cosmic dimensions are precious goals. We know and acknowledge that the world is not just America and its allies, just as America and its allies are not the entire world.”

Here is the translation of the text:

“O leaders of the major Western powers, without greetings:

For months, you have allied with the Zionists against Gaza, claiming that you are not against the Palestinians but against Hamas. Do you think you are smart, as if the leadership and members of Hamas came to Palestine from another planet?!

As if the Palestinian people will not support them and stand with them on the path to liberating Palestine?!

This is where you have been mistaken. The matter has gone far beyond your failed maneuvers since the first moments of your intervention against the Palestinian resistance in Gaza. You have become prisoners of your own illusions, which led you to align with those who have allied with you and with the Zionist entity in the swamp of Gaza. This has shattered your dignity and arrogance in front of your own people and the world at large.

Today, your usual foolishness returns as you claim to be allied against a Yemeni political faction and not against Yemen itself. However, you are wrong as usual. You have formed an imperialistic, arrogant, and barbaric alliance that violates international law against Yemen. You aim to deprive Yemen of its natural sovereign rights over its territorial waters in the Red Sea, the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea. You complain that Yemen is the cause of your military alliance because it prevents ships from sailing to their destination at the occupied port of Eilat by the Zionist entity.

Yet, your joint international forces, including 153, 152, and 151 multinational task forces consisting of 39 countries, led by the United States, Britain, France, India, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Japan, Seychelles, Norway, the Netherlands, Greece, Pakistan, Portugal, Thailand, Turkey, New Zealand, Kenya, the Philippines, Singapore, alongside other Arab and non-Arab countries, are supported by more than twenty military bases in Djibouti, Kenya, and Somalia.

These forces and their gathering near Yemen’s territorial waters are not new; they have been present for many years. In fact, these forces deployed in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait are the ones threatening Yemen’s national security and jeopardizing maritime navigation in the Red Sea.

Although Yemen is currently experiencing significant national crises due to our internal conflicts and regional and international interventions, all Yemenis agree on common national principles, including Yemen’s sovereignty over its land, sea, and airspace. Furthermore, as the Yemeni people, we are united in our unwavering support for our brothers and sisters in Palestine until their land is liberated from the Zionist occupier.”

“As political and national factions, we may differ and negotiate to resolve our disputes for the benefit of our country. However, today we find that the international factor has gone beyond the issue of maritime security in the Red Sea. It has reached the issue of colonizing the Red Sea, including the territorial waters of Yemen and all Arab countries overlooking it, and controlling it in service to the Zionist entity.

Today, Yemen is facing a real confrontation with the new international colonization. It is a matter of victory for Gaza and its people. The issue is no longer a matter of differences in party perspectives among the people of Yemen. Instead, we are facing new colonial ambitions that target Yemen. This necessitates the cessation of war in Yemen and a sincere and serious approach towards establishing a lasting Yemeni national consensus for peace.

The entire Yemeni people now have only one position, which is our absolute belief in the sovereignty of the Yemeni Republic and working to confront the colonizers coming from the West and their allies. We stand with the Palestinian resistance against the Zionist entity that occupies Arab Palestinian land and commits the most heinous crimes against humanity in its unjust and brutal war on Gaza and its people.

Therefore, we in Yemen see that your military buildup added to previous deployments in our territorial waters is a threat to our national security. It is also an explicit threat to Arab national security and the security of countries in the Horn of Africa.

Your evil Zionist Jewish methods will not help you this time, not in Gaza, not in Yemen, not with the Arab and Islamic peoples, or with the African neighbors, no matter how much you lie or fabricate narratives. We know you well. You are the real danger to international peace and security in this era, and your alliance is a primary accomplice in the siege of Gaza and the killing of its women and children. You are thieves of nations, slaves of global Zionism. Your alliance, regardless of the secrets you hide, is clearly against Yemen and against all its people. It is a despicable gathering to support the Zionist entity and against Gaza, where the blood of its people has flowed at your hands.

Your new colonial coalition, or what you call the “Alliance for Prosperity,” is the devil’s alliance for us. It does not intimidate us. On the contrary, it confirms to us in Yemen that we are right because we are in Yemen. Moreover, in all the countries of the Third World, we have come to know that the political rule says: “Wherever America or global Zionism stands, you must stand on the opposite side.” Therefore, today we stand with those who support Gaza and work to end the war there, with those who lift the blockade on its people and provide them with water, food, and medicine. We will continue with this choice because America and its allies have stood with the Zionist entity that occupies Palestinian land. This entity is the Zionist enemy that is coming from the West and the East with the aim of forcibly seizing land that does not belong to it, with the support of the US and Europe. It commits crimes in all their forms and shapes. It is terrorism itself, killing children and women. It is an enemy not only to the Palestinian people but to humanity and free peoples.”
To the allied forces gathered in the Red Sea, it is you who have declared war on Yemen. It is you who are encroaching on its territorial waters. It is you who are threatening the international security and peace in the Red Sea and the entire region. It is you who have ignited a war because we did not stand with you against our brothers in Palestine. And you know very well that Yemen’s position is not in violation of our principles, nor does it break the rules of international law or threaten maritime navigation in the Red Sea.

The governments of the United States, Britain, France, Italy, and Germany, along with the “Emirate of the Great Kingdom of Bahrain,” have all sided with the Zionist entity and placed all their human, military, and financial resources at its disposal. You declare war on Yemen as its hired agents. Furthermore, you have participated in the Zionist enemy’s crimes against humanity in Gaza and continue to do so. Neither international laws, ethics, nor the dignity of your peoples, who came out in millions against the barbaric aggression on Gaza and its people, have deterred you.

But we say to you that in Yemen, we see your new colonial alliance against us in the Red Sea and our territorial waters as nothing more than insignificant debris, like the debris of a flood that has no benefit or influence. It will fail sooner or later, and our victory over you is within our grasp. Your defeat in our region will hasten the victory for all of Palestine, and your coalition will be defeated. We will not break this promise, God willing. This promise is the promise of the Yemeni people, representing all its factions, and behind them stand all Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world. So, do not be deceived by your power, for Yemen has tamed global empires and has defeated them throughout history.

You have tested your destructive power in Gaza. You have allied against it, gathered your forces, and brought in mercenaries from various parts of the world. You have equipped yourselves with iron swords, warships, submarines, modern aircraft, tens of thousands of missiles and “stupid” bombs, ships, and nuclear submarines. You have besieged its people and deprived them of water, food, and medicine.

What injustice is this that you are committing?! What international or humanitarian law permits you to do so?!

You have destroyed the land of the covenant with all the weapons at your disposal. You have destroyed its houses, mosques, hospitals, schools, and universities. You have deliberately killed children, women, journalists, doctors, civilians, teachers, and farmers with meanness and malice. You have rejected ceasing the war and rejected peace with the aim of forcibly displacing those who remain injured or disabled in Gaza.

You have killed scholars and university professors in Gaza. You have done everything despicable. You have killed prisoners and the wounded, leaving no trace of the ethics and laws of war.

You hastened to move to Yemen’s territorial waters because it intercepted a ship affiliated with the Zionist entity and prevented some ships from reaching it for the sake of a humanitarian request from you to lift the blockade on the people of Gaza and deliver medicine and food to them.

Your own people and the peoples of the world have witnessed and testified to your brutality, wickedness, betrayals, and crimes. There is no difference between you and Hitler and his racist Nazis.

You are the new international colonization, true Nazis. You have committed war crimes and genocide, even more audaciously, against a besieged people for more than twenty years under the auspices and participation of your national, regional, and international official institutions, as well as non-governmental ones. You have declared your Zionism more than the global Zionism itself. And despite all of that, the people of Gaza have stood firm against your arrogance and racism, despite being a minority in numbers and resources. Day by day, they are getting closer to the great victory they deserve, while you taste the humiliation and harsh defeat that you have never experienced in all your wars on the world, which numbered in the hundreds across all continents during the past century and the beginning of the twenty-first century.

We affirm to you that in Yemen, we will continue to stand with Gaza until the Palestinian people regain their usurped land. We are against injustice wherever it may be. That is our tradition, to support the oppressed, and those are our noble ethics.

As long as you have formed your ominous alliance against Yemen, our collective decision is to confront you if you aggress against us, so that you may learn a practical lesson that you have never known in all your wars on the world.

You have also made a significant mistake this time and violated the rules of international law. You failed to pass a resolution through the Security Council that would legitimize your alliance against Yemen. By forming an international alliance outside the framework of international legitimacy, you undermine the legitimacy and foundation of the contemporary international order.

You must return to reason and adhere to the principles of your international laws, especially since Yemen has only exercised its rights as stipulated by international law. It is well-known that in a state of hostility or war with another country, it is within its rights to prevent warships, and even civilian ships, from safely passing through its regional waters. It also has the right to stop suspicious commercial ships for inspection, including those carrying civilian goods that could benefit the opposing party in its war and threaten its interests. In this case, the opposing party is the Zionist entity, which you have chosen to be partners with in its aggression against Gaza and its people, and in your continuous threat, which has not stopped with your ongoing declaration of war on Yemen and its territorial waters. This has been stated by all the officials of the Zionist entity, including their criminal prime minister. You are now partners in their war and their racist crimes against Gaza and its people, as well as in your alliance with them against the security of Yemen and its sovereign rights in the Red Sea, Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.

We will not accept this from you, and your aggression on Yemen has no moral or legal justification. The only justification we know is that you are determined to protect the Zionist entity, even if it means waging war against the world. An example of this is how the world voted in the United Nations General Assembly with 153 votes in favor of stopping the war in Gaza, while some of you, a few voices, voted in favor of continuing the war, and some of you even swallowed your voices and left the hall.

The American Zionist Western civilization has not changed or transformed. This is evident in how you prevented the United Nations Security Council from carrying out its entrusted tasks according to the United Nations Charter when America stood alone and used its veto power to obstruct a resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Finally, we say to you that the world is changing around you. Reconsider your sadistic approach towards the peoples of the world. Security, stability, peace, and development in their cosmic dimensions are precious goals. If we recognize and accept that the world is not just America and its allies, then America and its allies are not the entirety of the world.
