Yemeni Military Source Confirms Strategic Drone Stockpile, Ashkelon Operation Delivers Message

NYN | News

Al-Mayadeen reported on Tuesday that a Yemeni military source stated that the Israeli entity’s air defenses, including those provided by the United States, “will not be able to protect it from Yemen’s advanced and high-quality weapons.”

The source added that “the Israeli entity should take this time to halt its aggression, as Yemen’s advanced weaponry will continue operations until the aggression on Gaza and Lebanon ends.”

The source revealed that a squadron of Yemeni drones successfully reached the Ashkelon military area without being detected or intercepted, confirming that the squadron reached its objectives and delivered a clear message to the Israeli entity.

The source further noted that “the United States, Britain, and the entity’s allies will not be able to protect it from targeting, and today’s operation carries an important military message that should be understood.”

The source affirmed that Yemen possesses a strategic stockpile of advanced drones across multiple generations, adding that “the U.S. B-2 Spirit bombers, which previously bombed Yemen, have not and will not diminish the effectiveness of Yemeni weaponry.”

Earlier today, the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced a significant military operation targeting the industrial zone in Ashkelon within occupied territories, stating that “the operation was carried out with a number of drones and successfully reached its objectives.”
