U.S. Airstrikes with Shock Bombs Shake Sana’a … Here’s What They Caused

NYN | News

Just moments ago, U.S. warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, and various surrounding areas, amid ongoing and intense aerial activity.
Local sources reported that powerful explosions rocked the capital, sparking panic among civilians—especially women and children—who were awakened from their sleep by the blasts. The strikes also caused material damage to civilian property.
According to the sources, the airstrikes targeted the Bani Hashish district northeast of the capital, where areas such as Khashm Al-Bakrah and Al-Jumaymah were bombed with high-impact shock bombs, resulting in widespread destruction in the area.
The bombing also extended to several areas in the southern part of the capital.
These attacks come amid a continued escalation of U.S. military operations, raising concerns about worsening humanitarian conditions in the country.
