Sana’a forces announced the execution of a high-profile military operation targeting Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv (Lod), early this morning. The strike was carried out using a “Palestine-2” hypersonic ballistic missile.
Military spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree stated that the operation came in response to what he described as the “ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.” He confirmed that the missile struck its target with precision, resulting in the suspension of airport activity and a large number of settlers seeking refuge in shelters.
Saree added that the operation is part of what he called “ongoing operational support for the Palestinian people,” stressing that Sana’a forces will continue their operations unless the bombardment of Gaza stops and the blockade is lifted.
He concluded his statement by reaffirming Sana’a forces’ readiness to respond to any potential developments in the coming days.
