The Hebrew newspaper Israel Hayom revealed that political and media discussions within Israel have recently focused on five regional and international figures, signaling a shift in attention priorities within Israeli circles, while US President Donald Trump was notably absent from the list.
The newspaper stated that Ansar Allah leader, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, is one of the most prominent figures receiving widespread coverage in Israeli media and political debates, given the security and military developments taking place in the region.
Khamenei and Sheikha Moza Among the Most Prominent Figures
The newspaper explained that the late Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is also among the figures garnering significant interest from political and media elites in Israel, as one of the most prominent actors whose policies shaped the regional landscape over the past years.
It added that the list also included Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, the mother of the current Emir of Qatar and wife of the former Emir, a move described as reflecting growing Israeli interest in the Qatari role and its influence on regional files.
