Iran has escalated its threats against the United States, declaring full readiness for any potential military escalation as the ceasefire period nears its end, amid stalled diplomatic efforts and ongoing regional tensions.

Military Preparations and New Targets

Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, citing informed sources, reported that Tehran has, over the past two weeks, anticipated a scenario of renewed war. This has prompted field-level measures, including the transfer of military equipment and the identification of new targets in preparation for any upcoming confrontation.

The sources confirmed that these moves are part of a comprehensive plan to strengthen combat readiness, alongside monitoring developments in ongoing indirect negotiations.

Threat of “Hell” from the First Moments

The sources stressed that Iran is “ready to create hell for the United States and the Zionist entity from the very first seconds” of any potential return to war, indicating a rapid and severe escalation in the event of the collapse of the current truce.

Stalled Negotiations Under Pressure

The ceasefire between Tehran and Washington is entering its final stages amid a deadlock in indirect talks mediated by Pakistan, with no tangible progress achieved so far.

In this context, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that the country has recently been preparing to reveal “new cards” on the battlefield, emphasizing that “negotiations conducted under the weight of threats are unacceptable.”

New Cards in the Next Battle

Iranian statements indicate a shift toward calibrated escalation, with hints at the use of undisclosed new leverage tools. This opens the door to a more complex phase in the conflict, especially as the likelihood of the current truce collapsing continues to grow.
