A New Iranian Warning to the U.S. Administration
Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf warned American citizens about the growing consequences of U.S. President Donald Trump’s policies toward Iran, emphasizing that American taxpayers would be the ones most affected by the continuation of the crisis.
Qalibaf stated that “the longer Washington continues its policy of stalling, the more American citizens will pay the price,” referring to the escalating economic and political repercussions resulting from the current U.S. approach.
“Wrong Strategies Lead to Grave Consequences”
The Iranian Parliament Speaker stressed that the world has come to realize that “wrong decisions and strategies inevitably lead to dangerous outcomes,” arguing that U.S. policies toward Tehran have pushed Washington into a deepening dilemma.
He added that the American administration would find no real way out of the current crisis except by recognizing the rights of the Iranian people, in accordance with what he described as Iran’s 14-point proposal.
Tehran: No Solutions Through Escalation and Pressure
Qalibaf emphasized that any path other than reaching an understanding with Iran “will not be decisive,” asserting that continued pressure and current policies would lead to “failure followed by failure,” as he put it.
These statements come amid escalating regional and international tensions surrounding the Iranian file, alongside mutual warnings about the widening economic and security repercussions of the crisis.
